Manufacturing Facilities
Our manufacturing facility is located in Bourne, Lincolnshire, UK. We are an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 14001:2015 certified business and BRCCP4 compliant. Our Dry Moulded Fibre unit utilises the latest technology in fibre forming, 10 times faster than conventional fibre forming methods, it also emits 80% less CO2 emissions compared to plastics and uses considerably less water and energy.
Manufacturing Site
At our custom-built manufacturing site, we develop new technologies and products, we test out materials and monitor the quality of our products, ensuring that Fibre Revolution only produces the best sustainable moulded fibre packaging solutions for your business. Our design and engineering team continuously monitor, develop and enhance dry moulded fibre packaging and barrier properties techniques so that of our fibre packaging achieve the highest level of functionality for your products.
