Shipped across to the UK and with our environmental impact in mind, we minimise our carbon footprint by keeping our sourcing to close EU countries and by working in collaboration with our raw material suppliers and shipping partners to monitor and improve our supply chain constantly.
The clue is in the name! Dry moulded fibre uses air instead of water to form the fibre, our products are manufactured efficiently, saving water and energy compared to conventional fibre forming and at a much faster manufacturing speed. Allowing for production at scale, that delivers true sustainable products.
Our products will fit into your current systems. Our fibre moulding technology will allow for undercuts, snap fits, de-nesting and stacking features. Our unique forming capability also allows for decoration and labelling, embossing and debossing.
The dry moulding forming method allows for new ways of applying barrier additives to fibre packaging. We specialise in barrier packaging, where thin laminates are integrated into the process to allow for long shelf life, fluid barrier, breathability and recyclability
Our Eco-peel technology is compatible with Dry moulded fibre packaging. The eco-peel feature allows the consumer to take a soiled food container, remove the film, leaving a clean tray that can be recycled with mixed paper! The technology allows for the laminate to be discarded in the appropriate container and the tray can then be recycled or composted.
Our high-performance trays are suitable for
ovenable and microwavable applications, frozen and modified atmosphere applications. The trays are recyclable and compostable.
